May I cancel my reservation?

Yes, is easy! You can cancel your reservation through the personal area according to the conditions of the rate acquired.

You can request a late / early check-in in several ways:

For courtesy, the Hotel will do its best so that you can occupy the room sooner if available.
If you arrive late and during the night, there may not be anyone waiting for you: the best option is to always contact the Hotel directly to confirm the possibility and to avoid inconveniences.
