The Ecorkhotel - Évora, Suites & Spa is a unique 4-star hotel, with its main building coated with cork. The certified eco-hotel includes a state-of-the-art Spa & Wellness Centre, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, Turkish bath and massages.
The air-conditioned suites at the Ecorkhotel all feature a living area with a sofa and flat-screen cable TV, free WiFi, minibar, private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. All feature a patio and some also include an equipped kitchenette.
The Ecorkhotel - Évora, Suites & Spa includes a restaurant, where guests can enjoy both typical Portuguese meals and international flavours. For lighter meals, there is also an on site snack bar, serving Portuguese snacks.
This eco-hotel is the first of its kind to be certified in Portugal, and features a large green garden and a modern business centre. Babysitting services are available.

May I cancel my reservation?

Yes, is easy! You can cancel your reservation through the personal area according to the conditions of the rate acquired.
Please check the cancellation policy: Non-refundable rooms and other special offers may have private cancellation policies. Specific cancellation information is included in the detail of each rate.

Am I entering my credit card details, when paying?

The payment process of your stay varies according to the rate.
You can check how your reservation will be charged in the "Booking Policy" in the rates and/or in the voucher, if you have already confirmed your reservation.

I will arrive later / earlier than the above mentioned check-in time. Can I still check in?

You can request a late / early check-in in several ways:
• You can specify your desired check-in time while you are making a booking on the observations area.
• You can contact the Hotel directly through the contact details provided on your booking confirmation.
For courtesy, the Hotel will do its best so that you can occupy the room sooner if available.
If you arrive late and during the night, there may not be anyone waiting for you: the best option is to always contact the Hotel directly to confirm the possibility and to avoid inconveniences.

What are the check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

We have children: can we have extra beds / baby cots in the room?
